What AxisPoint delivers today
AxisPoint is the workplace product built on the ImplicitifyAI assessment platform. You assemble a battery from validated, public item-bank self-report measures, invite candidates with a single private link, and review automatically scored, facet-by-facet narrative reports in one console — no candidate account required.
A curated AxisPoint Workplace Profile battery template is ready to apply in one click when you create a new selection battery: work-framed personality profiles (day-to-day working style, plus the risks that surface under stress) paired with response-validity scales that describe how the candidate presented while answering.
Assessment modules
Workplace Personality ProfileSelf-report
A work-framed, multi-facet profile of day-to-day working style built from public-domain IPIP items, returned as a facet-by-facet narrative report.
Under-Pressure ProfileSelf-report
Tendencies that can surface when demands are high — framed descriptively, not diagnostically, so results read as working-style tendencies rather than labels.
Validity ScalesEmbedded indicators
Impression management, self-deception, and social desirability scales describe the candidate's self-presentation style while answering. They are not a lie detector and produce no faking-good verdict.
Adverse-Impact ToolsetEEOC 4/5ths
Per-battery group tagging, a cutoff-score simulator, and a UGESP-formatted PDF for employers who must document selection-procedure compliance. Learn about the compliance toolset →
Experimental: implicit-explicit alignment
Beyond self-report, the platform runs deterministic engines for reaction-time tasks. An optional battery pairs an explicit self-report scale (trait Negative Affect, scored percent-of-max) with an implicit reaction-time task (the Emotional Stroop). When both are completed, the console shows an experimental, within-person alignment reading: how the two signals compare, a divergence value, and a plain descriptive concordance cell.
This is a descriptive heuristic only. It applies no population norms and no percentile of the alignment value, produces no risk score, classification, or hiring verdict, and does not detect deception. Read it as one exploratory data point alongside the full results. If your organization is interested in piloting this line of work, mention it in the briefing request below.
