Acceptance of Terms

By using Implicitify AI you agree to these terms.

Acceptable Use

Implicitify AI is intended for use by suitably qualified mental health professionals in a bona fide clinical or research setting, and by individuals for personal self-knowledge as described below.

Educational & Research Use

Automated output is provided for educational, informational, and research purposes only and is not a clinical service.

No Clinical Relationship

Use of the platform does not create a clinician-patient relationship.

Instruments and Copyright

Implicitify is a delivery and scoring platform for psychometric assessment. It is intended for use by suitably qualified mental health professionals in a bona fide clinical or research setting. The platform administers, scores, and reports on assessments; it does not diagnose, and its outputs require interpretation by a qualified professional.

The assessments available through Implicitify fall into two categories:

Instruments authored by Implicitify. Scales and resources created by Implicitify (including our proprietary instruments and computational measures) remain our intellectual property and are made available to subscribers under the terms of their subscription and our platform license.

Instruments authored by third parties. Many scales hosted on Implicitify were developed by other researchers and organizations and remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders. These instruments are made available for use by qualified professionals with their own clients, consistent with the permissions granted by their authors and publishers for clinical and research use. Implicitify makes no claim of ownership over these instruments. Each is accompanied by its source citation so users can review its origin, permissions, and psychometric basis. Where a scale's terms require it, use is limited to the conditions set by the copyright holder.

Implicitify does not host instruments distributed exclusively through commercial test publishers under per-administration or qualified-purchaser licensing. Our catalog is limited to instruments that are freely available or available for professional use under their authors' terms.

Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their use of any instrument is appropriate to their qualifications, jurisdiction, and clinical context.

Individual Use for Self-Knowledge

Individuals may use selected assessments for personal insight, self-knowledge, and education. Results provided to individuals are descriptive and educational in nature; they are not a diagnosis, a clinical evaluation, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Not all instruments in our catalog are available for individual use; availability is limited to instruments whose terms permit self-administration. If your results raise concerns about your mental health, we encourage you to consult a licensed professional.

Future Services

Implicitify may introduce additional features over time, including electronic health record, documentation, and claims-submission capabilities for professional subscribers. Such features may be governed by supplemental terms, including a Business Associate Agreement where required by law, which will be presented before use. Nothing in these Terms grants access to features not yet released, and forward-looking descriptions of planned functionality do not constitute a commitment to provide them.

Payments

Assessments are free for individuals, and researcher accounts are free and self-serve. Clinician access is arranged directly; any related fees are agreed in that arrangement, not billed through the site.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as-is without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
