IPIP Personality Interview
A conversational, open-ended interview built on the IPIP (International Personality Item Pool). An AI interviewer chats with you about everyday life and, from what you say, infers how you would most likely answer items on standard IPIP personality scales — including the Mini-IPIP and the Big Five IPIP domain scales. Scoring itself stays fully deterministic — the AI never computes a score.
Before you begin
- Experimental feature. Results produced here are AI-inferred estimates, not answers you gave directly. They are clearly labeled as such and should not be treated as equivalent to completing a questionnaire yourself.
- How it works. Your messages are sent to a third-party AI model, which suggests likely item answers with a confidence rating. Only when a whole scale is covered with sufficient confidence is it scored — by the same deterministic engine used for ordinary self-report runs.
- What is stored. The conversation is saved to your account so you can pause and resume. An append-only audit log records that the feature was used (never the conversation content).
- What to share. Talk about habits, preferences, and how you see yourself. Please don't share information about other people or details you would not put in a questionnaire.
- Not clinical. This is not an assessment, diagnosis, or advice of any kind.
