Adaptive Personality Assessment
Broad Personality Screening
A brief adaptive survey that screens broadly across personality constructs, then focuses on the areas where you score most distinctively — all in about 5 minutes.
How it works
The assessment starts by showing items from many different personality traits. As your responses accumulate, it identifies where your profile is most distinctive and asks additional questions to confirm and refine those traits.
Response Scale
You will rate each statement from 1 (Very Inaccurate) to 5 (Very Accurate) as a description of you. There are no right or wrong answers — respond based on what is generally true for you.

Normative basis: Items are drawn from the public-domain International Personality Item Pool (IPIP; Goldberg et al.). Population norms are derived from the Eugene-Springfield Community Sample (Goldberg, Harvard Dataverse doi:10.7910/DVN/UF52WY), computed directly from the raw ESCS responses on verbatim-matched items. Discrimination values are corrected item-rest correlations computed from the same dataset.
