- Accept the Business Associate Agreement
One short form inside your portal. It unlocks patient links and full sample reports for the trial.

Pick measures in the Battery Briefcase, generate a single-use link, and share it — scored results return privately to you.
How it works

- Create a link
Issue a single-use link for one measure, or assemble an ordered battery — labelled with a code only you can decode.
- Share it
Copy, email, or have the respondent scan the QR code. They complete the measure in any browser, no account required.
- Review privately
Each link accepts one response, then closes. Scored results and reports return only to you — the respondent never sees a score.
