How to get a BAA
- Create a clinician account (or sign in).
- Open your clinician portal.
- Read the full BAA (v1), check “I have read…”, type your legal name, and submit.
- We review submissions by hand. Patient links unlock only after approval.
The public contact form on this page is retired. Signed-in clinicians are sent straight to the in-portal flow.
