Proctoring Sessions

An optional, lightweight session-conduct log for administered batteries. Start a session, note its condition, and append timestamped events (examiner notes, tech issues, breaks, idle flags). Screen sharing is optional — record an examiner-supplied meeting link and it is shown to the examinee. This is record-keeping only: nothing here blocks or gates a report.
