Why Start Here?

Most people who explore psychology start with their most pressing question — “Why do I keep ending up in the same patterns?” or “What drives my behavior at work?” The journey structure lets you start wherever your question is sharpest and build outward. Each domain is independent; you don’t have to do all of them, and you don’t have to do them in order.

The goal is not to arrive at a label or a fixed category. It is to build a more detailed, accurate understanding of how you function — what you do well, where you encounter friction, and what patterns are worth exploring in more depth.
